It’s considered the Keys of the Midwest. We took a ferry from Catawuba Island to Put In Bay, Ohio. We rented an 8 person golf cart to get around the island. It is situated in the beautiful Lake Eerie. We made sure to swim in one of the Great Lakes. We even had a few water snakes swim by us!
We visited the Perry’s Victory & International Peace Memorial. We rode an elevator to the top. It rises 352 feet over Lake Erie and tells the history of the War of 1812 that happened in this area
