We visited the Capitol of West Virginia. Caleb has made it his goal to go to the capitol in every state that we visit…so that is our plan.
When we arrived at the capitol building, it was raining. They also had a women’s rights march, which was a buzz of activity. The Roe vs Wade decision was the catalyst… I’m sure. We decided to walk around outside and then leave.
