We found a sweet little lake. It’s a man made reservoir that allows boating, swimming, and fishing. It was a beautiful area. The water was refreshing and there was a strong breeze consistently.
We brought some inflatable paddle boards with us, but it was our first time blowing them up. We definitely needed more air but the kids still had fun with them. Three hours went by pretty quickly; the sun started setting on is.
On our way home, we saw a fire. It didn’t look planned. There were tons of planes flying over dropping water. The smoke was thick in the air on Saturday morning as well. We are getting warnings that rabbit fires may cause a problem on the highways.
