Anna wanted to visit the national parks in Utah. I thought a bicycle would be way more enjoyable for her than walking trails. Ha!
We had a great time exploring Zion on bicycles. It was our first time in electric bikes. I had a leaving curve on balancing my bike with Malachi. I know it wouldn’t surprise anyone, but I overpacked and our bikes were loaded down. ๐ Also, Anna has a tale to tell about the preying mantis on her handle bars….
We had to drive all through the park before getting to the visitor’s center. We heard that there was a famous arch. I tried to get the kids to get a picture of it as we went around and around and around the canyon. The road (with a dually) was not fit the faint of heart. I thought I would add the progression of the pictures of it. ๐
And, doesn’t everyone carry a pickle ball set on their bike in Zion? Our game was cut short target because of a storm, so we brought it just in case. The clouds rolled in just in time to give us a break from in the heat.
Note: Zion Peddler was who we rented from… I would highly recommend his company if you’re in the area.

I tried to take some pictures of the kids on bikes [while navigating my own bike].

Lunch time. We were glad to have ice cold drinks and air conditioning. After that, we headed to the park.

We ended the day by dipping our feet into the cool water.
