Delaware Water Gap

Posted on 10/11/202210/11/2022

Fall is here! We enjoyed walking some trails and seeing where the Delaware River created a gap between mountains. In this area, the river separates Pennsylvania from New Jersey. We visited an area of the park that is in Pennsylvania and one that is in New Jersey. We saw some tracks… mostly deer.

Animal home?
Headed to the second site, in New Jersey
The reflection in the river is beautiful

We picked prickly things from Malachi multiple times.
This was the last prickly thing he got into.
Looking for animals
They found a dead mole or rat
They buried it
Another animal home?
They found a ๐Ÿธ.
Convinced their dad to keep the ๐Ÿธ. We carried that frog home for 45 minutes in a small plastic toy holder.
