We visited the site where the war took a great turn. The Battle of Saratoga was the first loss for the British empire .. And where we make our victory and France soon joined our cause.
The waterways we’re the highways. The British cannot from Canada through Lake Champlain, Lake George and the Hudson River. On our trip, we’ve seen all of these waterways. It was a nice connection for us.
There were two sites separate from the battlefield that we visited: where the sword was handed over and the memorial monument. It was a beautiful day with beautiful views.
