We scheduled a tour of the Capitol building. Malachi and Anna were not too impressed with the hour walk around, but I know they always learn something.
We visited the State House and Senate rooms. The walls are 14 carat gold-leaf in some places. There is a million dollar staircase in the middle with ornate carvings. The ceilings and walls were hand designed by various artists. There building is very ornate!
